I love working backstage as much as on stage! My greatest joy behind the scenes is Deputy Stage Management. I fell in love with show calling during a short job shadow with Disneyland Entertainment. I specialize in calling movement based shows - dance, circus, and physical theatre. I have experience working with lights, audio, live music, both pre-recorded and live video projection. Venues I have worked in range from low or high tech proscenium arch theatres, black box, and alternative performance sites. Key assests to my DSM practice are what I bring from my own life as a performer - the ability to quickly learn shows and intuitively sense performers as well as the team in the box.
